For the 18th consecutive year, PADI has won an award for Best Diver Training organization. Every year, divers and readers of the magazine Tauchen select their favourites in the diving industry across 17 categories. PADI is the only company that has held the first place every year, uninterrupted since the initiation of the prize.
The prestigious Tauchen Awards were presented at the BOOT Dusseldorf trade show on 30th January 2016 with PADI winning the coveted Bronze Dolphin ahead of nominees SSI and VDST.
Vice President of PADI EMEA, Mark Spiers said “This is a particularly satisfying award, as PADI celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year. The commitment and passion of PADI Professionals has been the reason why PADI has been the way the world dives for half a century. This award is in recognition of the excellent work PADI Professionals all over the world do every day.â€
